Replacing your windows and doors is a big investment, so it’s important you have complete confidence in the product you choose. Modus delivers that peace of mind, and much more. We’re proud to say is one of the most advanced UPVC window and door systems available on the market today. As well as cutting-edge design, it has the best energy efficiency ratings of any window you’ll find on the market.

The most advanced UPVC windows and doors

Modus is the first major UPVC window and door system to offer the reassurance of a 12-year guarantee. And that comes without compromise on performance as Modus is A-rated for sustainability featuring 50% post-consumer recycled UPVC as standard. This enables us to offer better thermal performance than rivals. Combined with high security locked-in 6-chamber frame design Modus offers strength and resilience and style in abundance.

It looks as good as it performs

With its sleek, contemporary lines, Modus is an attractive addition to any home – and a sure way to boost its kerb appeal. There are eight different styles of UPVC window and door to choose from, including four sashes, French doors and tilt and turn windows. Modus comes in over 30 colours and finishes, so you’re sure to find the perfect match for your scheme.

And performs as good as it looks

If you’re looking for peace of mind you’re in the right place as the Modus system is certified with the BBA (British Board of Agrément) for thermal performance, weather tightness, ventilation, resistance to intrusion, access and durability.

21st century technology meets traditional window design

The latest addition to our advanced Modus window range means you’ll never have to compromise on the appearance of your home – or on its comfort and energy efficiency.

New Modus S is a true flush fitting casement design that looks for all the world like a traditional timber frame. Perfect if you’re replacing old wood frames while looking to preserve the original character of a cottage or Victorian style home, and essential in conservation areas where planning rules put strict limits on what kind of replacement windows you’re allowed to fit.

Real wood looks, without the downside

With the Modus S UPVC window system you no longer have to turn to aluminium or wood to create the look you want all without compromising your budget. Modus S has a choice of realistic Rosewood, Irish Oak, White Ash or Anteak woodgrain finishes add to the authentic appearance. Without, of course, the high maintenance, splitting and rot that come with genuine period wooden frames.

Even up close, Modus S maintains the illusion thanks to advanced mouldings that do away with the ‘tell-tale’ diagonal weld at each corner of the frame – so often a giveaway in UPVC woodgrain frames of a more conventional type.

Beautiful windows without compromising on efficiency

A downside of wooden framed windows is that they can bring down the energy efficiency of your property. Modus S is one of the first UPVC casement style systems to be awarded an A++ rating for energy efficiency, making it as economical and environmentally friendly as the windows fitted to any ‘Grand Design’ style Passivhaus project.

Efficiency that is certified

“BBCModus and Modus-S come with added peace of mind as the system is certified with the BBA (British Board of Agrément) for thermal performance, weathertightness, ventilation, resistance to intrusion, access and durability.
